Looking for a partner or team

Hello,

I'm looking for a partner and/or team for hiking, climbing and alpinism. Biking works as well :)
Preferable (but not exclusive) areas are Berner Oberland and Valais.

I have quite a lot of mountain experience, however my technical level is not perfect now, and I'm looking for a practice!
I go almost every weekend for and still looking for a plan for the summer holidays.

I speak English, Russian and bad German (Learning in progress)

My max level now is:
Climbing ~5c
Alpinism ~PD+ (up to 4200m no troubles, higher didn't try yet)
