Ski Tour, perhaps Tödi?

My office has a perfect view of Tödi and the Glärnisch and with the weather so good this last week I can't stand to just look at them anymore, I have got to go up there! : )

I'm actually up for anything, Engadin, Wallis, etc, but depending on how spicy of a peak it is and your experience level we may need to hire a guide, I'm definitely not experienced enough to lead a tour with significant glacier travel yet.
