Looking for a group of experienced alpinists for an easy glacial tour or easy "more advanced" summit in Berner Oberland or Valais

I am a passionate hiker who would like to advance the skills towards mountaineering. I have followed several trainings on the mountain safety – in Poland and in France – so I know how to use crampons, an ice-ax, I know the basics of the crevasse rescue on a glacier and so on. However, unfortunately I did not have many opportunities to practise those skills. Therefore, I am looking for a group of experienced alpinists who I could join for an easy glacier tour or easy “more advanced” summit.
Regarding my experience, so far I was on Breithorn, Wildhorn and twice in Vallee Blanche (Chamonix region). I hike regularly and with passion and motivation. I can walk for many hours but not extremely fast. I consider myself as a reasonable person and safety is my number one in mountains.
If you think that I could join you and have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I am quite flexible with timing starting from the end of July.
