Build a private boulder

Hi all,

Now that again the indoors walls are closing and is not possible to training anymore I am wondering how many of us would be open to rent a local and install there a small boulder ( private use ) then we could share it with a schedule and follow corona rules.

Don't know if is possible or if there is a regulation that ban this type of ideas, maybe you have more experience.
